HireRewardJobs Terms and Conditions Of Acceptance of Advertisements

These conditions shall apply to all advertisements, sponsored adverts or featured content (herewith referred to as advertisements) accepted for inclusion on the HireRewardJobs (HRJ) website.
All advertisements are accepted subject to HireRewardJobs approval and the requested space being available.
HireRewardJobs reserves the right to omit, suspend or refuse an advertisement at any time, in which case no claim on the part of any Advertiser for damage or breach of contract shall arise. Should such omission or suspension be due to the act or default of the Advertiser then the space reserved for the advertisement shall be paid in full notwithstanding that the advertisement has not appeared. Such omission or suspension will be notified to the Advertiser as soon as possible.
If HireRewardJobs considers it necessary to modify the space or make any other alteration, the Advertiser will have the right to cancel if the alterations requested are unacceptable, unless such changes are due to an emergency or circumstances beyond HRJ's control. Care is always taken to avoid mistakes but we cannot accept liability from any loss arising from the late appearance or non publication of any advertisement.
When submitting an Advertisement, the Advertiser confirms it is not illegal, defamatory, an infringement of any other party’s rights or an infringement of the British Code of Advertising Practice.
HireRewardJobs cannot guarantee the number of advert impressions, job seeker applications or CTR.
HRJ does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access by users of the website, but will use reasonable efforts to provide this.
HRJ is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated saving, loss of revenue and/or any other loss which happens as a side effect of the main loss suffered by the Advertiser or any loss which could not be contemplated by HRJ and the Advertiser, and HRJ’s maximum total liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in relation to any Advertisement whether in contract, tort or otherwise shall not exceed the total amount of the charges for the relevant Advertisement actually paid by or on behalf of the Advertiser.
These Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute concerning these Conditions (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
